Did not get the bugs off or get my car very clean. I received a $10 off, they did not honor it.
My Aunt recently ripped the oil pan off her car at this car wash. Because of a poorly placed curb which cannot be seen from behind when parked in the adjacent vacuum spot. The staff reported that they were aware of the issue with the curb but reported that their corporate team refuses to do anything about it. "The aesthetics of the parking lot are more important to corporate than the safety of our customers vehicles", as reported by an employee.
