I have been going there for about 6 months with the membership and my brand new car- Saturday I went through and the machines ripped OFF my side view mirror and that sent it into my windshield. I immediately went to find a manager, took pictures, filled out incident report. Said they would let me know by Tuesday lol it's Friday and crickets...and not a number to call.
