Very disappointing experience. For a business that charges Platinum membership prices, the level of service at this location is unacceptable. The lack of a mat cleaning machine is already a drawback, but the bigger issue is that half of the vacuums are out of service, and the ones that do work are so weak they are barely effective. Basic equipment should be fully functional, especially at this price point. What makes this even more frustrating is the clear inconsistency between locations.
