Disingenuous company, I have followed up multiple times Original review: Echoing other reviews - DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. Scratches the entire length of my truck on both sides, filed an incident report. 2 weeks of not hearing anything, so I went back. Glad I finally tried it
When going threw car wash my mirror was broken on my new 2025 Toyota Tacoma there car wash pushed forward so hard it slammed against the front door frame and cracked along the mirror when going inside and speaking to the manager on site the manager was rude looked at the car and said are you sure this was not like this I said check the cameras she then went ugh and then proceeded to tell me to follow her to were she pointed to a sign said you should’ve read to fold your mirrors in sarcastic and rode to me.
