I paid $15 for a car wash. That was the highlight of my experience. The wash itself wasn't that great. My car was left with spots and bird poop on the hood and windshield. But the real issue is the machine ripped the back of my side mirror off my car. I went inside and the worker fished it out of the car wash and handed it back to me with a "Sorry 'bout that." No chance to speak to a manager. No damage report. Nothing. Just handed it back to me and kicked me out the door. The mirror casing is scratched from this debacle.

Paid twenty dollars for a wash, my car is filthy. Bird poop, some weird dirt like stuff is dried all over. Lots of unwashed spots. This is terrible. I’ve never had this bad of an experience with Cobblestone, this is very disappointing.
