Everything is great except the plate scanner doesn't work. The guy has to come over and manually open the gate every time. I'll update my review when they get it fixed.

The staff is friendly. I have a monthly membership but the scanner never gets my plate number. They always need to come over to my car and ask what I need and enter the plate number manually. I wish the scanner worked. If you have mud under the car, this place will not remove it. I've asked for the wash that is supposed to clean the undercarriage, and I've been assured that's what I'm getting, but it does not clean under the car.
