great wash!
Although very convenient being next to Costco, I will no longer be a customer here. They are too insistent on upselling and trying to sell me a subscription every time. Why have a self service of you’re going to stand there and ask multiple times in different ways. In addition the scrubbers are ineffective most of the time on the back of whichever vehicle and I end up having to wipe the back myself. Too many other places that are close.
This Branch Car Wash is the water's place. They close early. The employee doesn't helping the customer. They don't care.
The car wash itself was fine and what you would expect for a car wash. The problem arose from the staff member. They come to greet you at the kiosk to select your car wash level and try to sell you on their membership or upsell you etc., which i completely get the guy was just doing his job as I'm sure he was told to. The problem is when I politely say no thank you, and have to repeat myself what seemed like 5 times to say no i don't want a membership or pass booklet or whatever i only wanted the one wash. I purchased a membership this summer, and about a week ago I received an email saying my monthly price was being increased. On top of that, the past two times I’ve visited there were no towels available in the bins. This is frustrating because I’m paying for a membership and can’t even dry my car after it comes out of the wash still covered in some soapy water. If prices are going up, the basic services included should at least be consistently available.
