Took my van for a car wash today. I was surprised that the windshield, hood, front bumper and mirrors looked unwashed when finished with dirt and bugs from a 300 mile trip last week on Interstate 80. I asked one of the employees if the wash was low on soap or malfunctioning, as it should have done a better job. The response was terrible. "What did you expect for $10?" After reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised by the car wash. Staff was at the pay stations and readily available to help, and the car was really clean after going through the tunnel. Really like the damp towels to wipe the car and interior down and there were plenty of spaces to clean your car after the wash, even though it was a busy Saturday. My one little gripe is the vacuums weren't super powerful so didn't seem to get the car mats as clean as I can at other car washes. Also would love if they added a free mat w... read more

Good and Bad. I like their gears and convenience that they provide. That is wonderful! But I got scammed in my opinion. I swung by for only 1 time wash. without me knowing detail, they put me their monthly subscription. That is not okay. It's a scam. I didn't approve the subscription. Tricky sales guys. Glad I found out that today I was on a subscription. No good-heart business integrity, in my opinion. Also I was not happy that I couldn't cancel it on the spot.
