I have been to several cobblestone car washes and this one is the best! David is amazing and super kind. He brightened my day with his smile and amazing customer service! Keep up the great work!
The most unpleasant attendant was on the clock today. Shaking her head and throwing arms around while "lining me up"...negatively shaking her head as I enter the wash as well. The other guy who dances and has great energy is awesome! This lady who works mornings is terrible. Should be addressed. I dont spend my money to be greeted like im doing something wrong. Will more than likely be going to a different location closer to work.
Took my 2019 outback through, not in terrible shape, but certainly in need of a wash. A bird had nested above my parking spot so there was a fair bit of mess left by them all over the car. It came out with dirt streaks, the front looked untouched, the back windshield was still streaked with dirt, and the bird poop was still there. After the $23, "premium" option. I've never met a car salesman with more high pressure sales tactics than the guy who harassed me non-stop about buying their monthly pass. Just wanted a single wash, but he wouldn't let it go. I eventually just put the car into reverse and left.
Was a great experience for almost a year until one day they decided cars with a tack aren’t allowed. It never has been an issue nor had caused an issue. No warning or anything just turned business away.
