Wouldn’t let me through bc I have a roof rack on my car. I’ve been through this car wash with my roof rack multiple times. There are literally photos in the reviews of people who ran their car through with a roof rack. There was 1 car behind me and no other customers there, they def needed the business.
I wish I could give it a zero. Took my car through their car wash yesterday and it scratched my bumper just replaced the bumper for $3700.00. I’ve tried to call and let them know that their car wash is scratching cars, but nobody will answer the phone. What a terrible thing to finally figure out that you can’t use an automatic car wash and trust it won’t mess your car up.
I got the polish and shine wash and my car came out so dirty still. It wasn't even that dirty to begin with, so the fact that there were still bug residue and dirt on it sucked. There were even dirty water spots from the wash all over. No tire spray or wheel shine either. The towels provided were all incredibly dry too with no extra spray to use The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the vacuums are some of the most powerful I've ever used. It literally sucked up a tv remote control that was in my car.
