Car damaged during wash and no response from this store or the corporate office. As a customer for over 3 years this is crazy that no one has responded to my issue.
Has anyone else noticed that this car wash location which was always maintained up to par is going downhill?? I have noticed the last couple of times I took my vehicle for a car wash and there is no soap that come out during the soap cycle, if any. Besides that, I am not sure what rinse they are using sure leaves a spottiness on my back window even after I clean it with the towels. PLEASE BEAWARE DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLES THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY THING DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR!!!!!!! It’s going to cost me $300 to fix what was DAMAGED to my NEW CAR. Both of these were damaged on both sides of my car. I can’t buy online only through the DEALERSHIP because of how NEW my car is.
