I usually don’t do reviews, tonight is different! Noah welcomed me as I pulled into Cobblestone. I had multiple questions all of which he answered with a smile. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient. When the world can seem dark, Noah brought the light. Cobblestone is beyond lucky to have him welcoming customers. Be like Noah!
Bridget was awesome and helped me select the right wash for my needs. Definitely returning.
Good car wash. New location so new equipment. Love that they have towels too finish the job yourself. Car wash does a pretty good job on the front and back of the car. I don’t think it does a good job on the wheels though. Sometimes a vacuum doesn’t work. Pretty expensive but they do send out coupons every couple of months. I do find it difficult to use those coupons at the kiosk without assistance. If someone is around, they are helpful and pleasant. I have never left a review for any company but I feel like this deserves it for one person. The kids name is Victor. such a sweetheart. Takes very good care of me every-time i come in. Always has a smile on his face, and his customer service is like no other. He sold me on a membership about 2 months ago and since then, he is the only reason I come in.
