Stars Avoid this car wash. Their equipment put fresh scratches and a dent on my pickup's driver's side, and management refused to take responsibility. Even their own attendant admitted they've been getting multiple complaints about driver-side damage all day. Terrible service. Type that
DO NOT COME HERE if you want a clean car or if you worry about your WINDSHIELD WIPER being ripped off. They WILL NOT replace the parts and as I went into the office I saw multiple wipers in their possession!! TERRIBLE customer service online/in person they are not helpful at all. Update- emailed them on August 2nd; I have not been contacted back at all about this matter. My review still holds; awful customer service.
DO NOT buy into this companies lies. They told me that their subscription was so easy to manage. I would be able to do it online. But then as soon as I signed up I couldn't get help from them. I sent multiple help requests from the websites help form. No response ever came. Now after I've been paying on a subscription I can't use, my bank won't assist me in canceling or charging back I've lost $140 to this. They finally canceled my service but have not offered a dime back to me!!!!
