This car wash sucks... Worst experience ever. My car was involved in an accident inside their tunnel, and the damage was estimated at $6K. The cause? Their faulty conveyor belt system. My car was in neutral and I had no control while the system just moved my vehicle into another, causing the damage. Despite this, the manager refused to take responsibility and never provided any insurance information to resolve the issue.
