This used to be my go to place, it was always clean, with super helpful employees, the wash was excellent. However recently I have noticed all new employees and new management. Now everything about this place just sucks. Employees and management have zero customer service skills. Hardly any towels. Vacuums hardly work anymore. I have since canceled my membership due to the absolutely horrendous customer service I received this weekend from the apparent manager regarding a billing issue.
Car still dirty and vacuums don't suck well. The staff is friendly.
Just skip this carwash. I've been coming to this particular carwash and was treated very rudely by Ivan. Due to circumstances beyond my control and because of my health reasons, I have been in a few different rentals. Before, the workers took the time to ask me questions, sometimes even helped me dry my car when I was to sick to do it myself.
