When it works it is nice.
Very disappointed. I got the Platinum Exterior Wash and there were so many drops of mud left all over the top surfaces, especially the trunk. I don’t understand how that is even possible.
Always frantic and chaotic. And my car didn't come completely clean. It is also hard to get a vacuum there. But I like the people that help there
