They didn't spray the bug wash before going in, and ALL of the brushes on the passenger side weren't even spinning. Only the driver side ones worked. This car wash i would give 0 stars if I could

We took our Toyota Sienna (with absolutely no pre-existing damage) to this Cobblestone and one of the brushes ripped the bumper panel off of our car. The store manager did everything he could to convince us not to submit a claim, told us it'd be denied, and tried checking the cameras to prove there was prior damage only to show us a regular panel line. Needless to say we submitted the claim.

Went through this carwash to clean a rental car a month ago. Apparently they signed me up for reoccurring automatic carwash subscription payments without telling me or notifying me. I was charged for services I didn’t ask for or use. Link to cancel subscription doesn’t take you to an actual place to cancel subscription. Place is a scam. Probably going to have to cancel my card. Signature on the receipt isn’t even mine, the worker signed me up and signed himself, without telling me what he was doing

This is the second time I've used Cobblestone, and my car has not come out as clean as I would expect for a platinum wash. Today, it didn't do much better than rinse off the dirt and dust. My car is only a few months old, so it should look nearly perfect after their most expensive package, right? I still had all the interstate grime on the front of my car and the hood as well as bird poop and white spots on the rear of my car. The employee let me go a second time through with the same result.
