Brushes not working on right side but knowing this, took our money anyway. Very rude manager and male coworker when we questioned it. Need more CS training 67th Ave and Lower Buckeye.
First time going there and never again! I know drive thru car washes are always a risk but never have I had such an experience. Went through with no damage and came out with my hood having multiple scratches including a deep one that completely took off the paint. I’m so disappointed and do not recommend this place!

I had a very bad experience at this car wash. On March 30th at around 10:27 AM, I had an issue with the employee directing cars at the entrance (the one holding the yellow sign). His behavior was completely unacceptable. He used inappropriate and disrespectful language while speaking to me. Due to the noise, it was hard to hear every word clearly, but it was obvious that his tone and choice of words were unprofessional.
