July 2025 If you don't want any damage to your car don't wash it here . I washed my car here and it ripped off the side garnish trim. And they refused to pay me for the part . My advise wash your car at a professional var wash or one that is brush less .
Today I received above and beyond service at this cobblestone car wash at 93th Ave McDowell.. I accidentally lock myself out of my car after I clean the inside ..2 African American attendant sorry I did not take their names😔helped me without hesitation... If I could give this place zero stars I would. Customer service here is horrible. I have had horrible experience with the management and workers at this location. I’ve always had issues with the barcode/tag on windshield since my tint is very dark so the management gave me the barcode and asked to show it to worker if available. I recently canceled my membership since the service was not the best. I was able to use my membership until the next available billing date. If I could give a zero I would!!!!! It’s horrible the management team is horrible imagine getting called names from the manager on duty at this location on June 2 around 9am ! Not professional at all and I don’t appreciate getting called a b word ! She was so disrespectful. The management in general made me want to cancel my membership.
