I had a disappointing encounter with a lady in the office. I went inside to get wet towels, as the ones outside were dry. I asked for wet towels, but the lady was unwilling to get up from her chair. After finally rising, she handed me two towels. I requested a few more, and she replied that I initially asked for two towels. I clarified that I asked for wet towels and politely asked for more. Horrible tried it cause I got a couponf9r their "premium wash" for 10 bucks normally I guess its 22. If you spend 22 on it your a fool. Was barely worth the 10. First they said the machines were having issues had me switch lanes and in this whole time about 8 cars go ahead of me. All I get is a shrug. I can say this much if you dont have a coupon dont bother!
