STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you don’t want your car scratched and then ignored when you try to get help. I’m extremely disappointed with how this car wash handled my situation. Fraud alert! Was sold a deluxe 1 month wash at a discounted rate and no mention of monthly renewal. You guessed it, saw charge at end of month for renewal. Complained to manager in person, as no one answered the phone, with no apology. I had the monthly renewal stopped before I shut down my debit account for suspected fraud. See other reviews with the same issue. Update: Cobblestone management responded to my review, I sent an email to the specified address and it was ignored. The most disrespectful, confrontational, argumentative, high pressure sales people you will ever come across. No means no, it doesn't require a conversation and definitely not an escalated argument! Not long ago a carwash use to be behind a gas station for $5-10. Your prices are outrageous! We need monthly subscriptions for a carwash like we need holes in our pockets.
