The car wash itself was fine, but the experience was soured by a pushy salesman who wouldn’t take no for an answer. I came in for a basic wash, but he kept trying to upsell me on a special package I clearly didn’t want. When I declined, he told me I was “making a mistake” by passing on the deal—completely unnecessary and unprofessional. It left a bad taste and made the whole visit feel uncomfortable.
I am being double charged and CANNOT get anyone on the phone OR receive a callback!! 🤬🤬
I visited this location yesterday (6/29/25) and will not be returning. I purchased a wash in the convenience store and when I went to use it, the redheaded female employee attempted to sell me an unlimited wash package. I expressed multiple times that I was not interested. When she asked why for the 3rd part of her pitch I informed her that I used to be an unlimited member and I did not use the car wash often enough to warrant the cost. Good luck getting a person to help u. The checkout is ALWAYS closed forcing people to use self checkout, even if it goes against ur beliefs. Super easy to steal from, LITERALLY NOONE PAYS ATTENTION. They ALWAYS offset the gas price putting the actual price very small.
