Wilbur and James are usually there when I take our cars through. They're always friendly and helpful.
On 7/8 at 3:56 pm I went inside for some help with lotto tickets that I have never bought before. The girls, two of them, at the counter were speaking to each other and seemed very annoyed I needed help and broke up their conversation. There was one girl who was kind with long straight hair and one girl with braids who was extremely rude. She continued to be rude throughout the entire interaction when all i needed was help. Sales person forced me to stop and wait for him instead of using self-service. He was rude and cold when I wasn’t interested in a membership. The indicator for when to drive out of the carwash was also broken.
I'm a huge fan of this carwash. From the friendly and helpful staff to the carwash and everything that goes with cleaning your vehicle.
