Alex is very helpful and the location is always clean
Been going to different Cobblestones for about 10 years. Never had any issues with scratches or cleaning. This particular one off Gantzel was good. It is a newer location. The reason for the 4 stars is due to having an attendant help me when paying but not handing out any extras with the platinum wash. I used to receive the dash wipes and sometimes other little goodies. Maybe that's only for unlimited now? Overall, this location got the job done for $22.
My husband bought me a membership for Valentine’s Day and both time I’ve been since then I’ve been disappointed with my interactions with the associates. The first time I went to activate my membership ship and gave them my name so that I could get the sticker in my car and they had entered my name backwards but spent at least 10 minutes trying to convince me that I was at the wrong location.
