They are impossible to cancel! We had trouble canceling so we drove down a year and a half ago to cancel and left thinking it was. Come to find out last month it was still being taken out. So we drive down and talk with the Manager Brett, who says I'm sorry I will email Corporate to get it canceled and ask for a refund all the way back. Then comes May 6 and we get charged again so we go back down. You need to increase the water spray. Every time I go through, my vehicle is still covered with soap and dirt when I'm done, especially the wheels and tires. The only water I see going on my vehicle is on the brushes so those are coming down on my dry dirty car which is scratching it. About 5 seconds of rinse water on top but nothing on the front, sides, or back. I'll give it one more chance before switching car washes or doing it myself.

Been going to different Cobblestones for about 10 years. Never had any issues with scratches or cleaning. This particular one off Gantzel was good. It is a newer location. The reason for the 4 stars is due to having an attendant help me when paying but not handing out any extras with the platinum wash. I used to receive the dash wipes and sometimes other little goodies. Maybe that's only for unlimited now? Overall, this location got the job done for $22.
