I never used this location but had to visit here this day to request my daughter's shark fin that goes on the back end of her car. It appears it had been removed eith the machine when she brought it here for a wash a day prior. The office handed it over to me with no apology or explanation. Just glad they kept it as it costs about $100+ labor at dealership. Told her maybe try one of the newer locations as we are on a family monthly plan.
The car wash scratched and nicked my new car on the windshield and the exterior :( Going touchless car washes after this!
Love it and so does my baby when she's done. She sparkles 😁
