I’ve been trying to get a new membership with cobblestone. When I came to this car wash on 6/28 and asked one of the employees who was outside he told me that I needed to speak to the manager who was at the office . I went to the office and noticed the door was locked so I just stood waiting for a bit then the same employee opened the door and said that his manager told him to tell me to come back later when the car wash was opened. Was at car wash today , havent used my vehicle for like 1 month since it had been having issues, i took it in since it was dirty , purchased $16 wash and i had ask a gentleman , that came up while i was done paying , n said if i wanted the membership i said i have membership in my other vehicle but this one has been having issues , I'm not getting it yet , so as i proceed i asked the gentleman, nicely what if the wash doesn't clean it throughly , he responded in an rude manner , thats why we offer , the membership , I'm like... read more

I went to cleaning my Toyota and the back part of it was completely Dry and dirty I went to the associate and showed to him and he said to my face you picked the $8 dollars wash. I personally own a business and this is not the way you respond to a customer. Hope you get a lots of business whit that type of employee
