Finally a car wash where the salespeople don’t harass you! I came here because the Super Star salesmen were so rude and harassing me, even after I politely asked them not to, I left to find somewhere else. When I arrived here, and asked the attendant if I could peruse the menu on my own, he obliged. Magic! I will say, for the price of car washes in Arizona, it’s wild that none of them can properly get bugs off your hood or windshield. Convenient location, staff always speaks and smiles . Judah was so much help the other day, I thought I disposed some gum, but it didn’t quite make it past the outside of my car door. He was back in 10 mins with a magic solution and de-gum my ride.
This is one of the worst customer service experience I ever encountered. I normally don't write reviews, but the lady at the counter is something else. She made a mistake on my purchase because she was busy talking to someone while working, and instead of being apologetic and helpful to fix the mistake, she tries to blame it on the customer with a very condescending and rude tone of voice and said I have my gas so be on your way. Terrible! Criminal! I live in Texas. I visit my son here in Arizona. I did not and would not sign up for a service here, I live in Texas. Come to find out I’ve had a service here since September. According to them I used this service once in Sep once in Oct and once in March. In Nov I purchased a booklet that gave me 4 free washes. I’ve been using these coupons. One more negative review.. seems to be a common thing at least with this location.. I’ve been a customer for about 3 years with no problems until I decided to use the car wash on my way to work. I must have been the first customer for the day. The wash was working and I got on the belt when I realized that the back gate was still down. I started screaming out to the attendant who was not even at his station.
