They took care of the problem! After a rough ride initially. Cobblestone took care of the problems and were very responsive to my complaint. They offered to refund my money, give me a free hand wash and they took care of the attitude issue with the fellow I initially dealt with. I declined the refund as I was so impressed with how the company handled the situation. I am taking them up on the free car wash and will give it one more go.
