I’m a full time rideshare driver and I constantly switch rentals. I need a card with the barcode on the card, not a sticker on the car! It would have avoided this nightmare today! The gentleman who refused to give out his name at this location and sarcastically said he went by “General Manager” deserves 1 star for his unprofessionalism, disrespect and lack of customer service when it comes to dealing with an established customer who’s been with Cobblestone since 2019.
