I pay for a monthly platinum wash plan for my wife and I. That's $74 per month. Seems every time (only use it a time or two a month) I pull in to get a wash there are cars lined up in the unlimited pass line while an employee is selling an unlimited pass to someone else. While I sit there for 10 minutes, 10-15 cars go through the pay lines. Please make it so you don't conduct business in the unlimited pass lane so we can use it. I come here at least 4x a week. Lines are quick. I have the membership and take vehicle. The attendants are willing to turn off the brushes upon request to prevent scratches on the clear coat. I do have some very expensive cars and I've had not problems taking them here for a quick was after a storm or just for general upkeep.

My vehicle was damaged at this car wash. Cobblestone has not responded to emails from my insurance company or myself. When phone numbers were requested only email addresses are given. This business is extremely unprofessional and I don’t recommend using them. The tape in the photo was provided by The Cobblestone employee on shift .. 2 weeks after original review and still nothing…. So unprofessional
