*BUYER BEWARE* Sometime ago, I purchased 10 automobile “Full Detail" coupons with no expiration dates from Cobblestone Auto Spa, since I have used 5 of them without any problem. I recently went to the Cobblestone Auto Spa franchise at which I purchased the coupons for an auto detail and was told the coupons were no longer valid for a full detail because the price of a detail had increased. Had my car washed today at Southern/Higley location. OMG! I've been going there a number of years now. Didn't realize until I drove off that my windshield was not clean. Had to do that when I got home. The wheels were dirty and really didn't wipe other areas well. Didn't look like much was done on the inside, either. I was quite disappointed. Probably will find another place in the future.

No good, it is just a trick! I called three numbers but no one answers. It is difficult to cancel membership services. I canceled membership online but have not got any confirmation and have never received any emails about memebership renewal notices. They just simply take money from your credit card with so-called auto renewals program. I have to report fraud change to credit card company.
