This is the closest car wash that is on the route that I take in the morning and the vacuums work maybe less than half of the time that I go. Why should I have to move to 3 different vacuums just to get a vacuum that is working correctly.
Just spent $40 on a wash and these are the results. I asked for a rewash of my truck and the guy said they couldn't do it unless I paid an additional $25 for mud removal. Should have said that when I arrived not after they left my vehicle looking the same as when I brought it in.
I took my car to the location at Ray Road and Priest Drive in Tempe, AZ. I paid for the "Ultimate" wash which was supposed to include polishing of the dash. Along with NOT polishing the dash, the windows were also terribly smeared. We were getting ready to go on a road trip so I didn't have time to go back and talk to them about it and/or get it done right. I called after I got home, and they told me someone would call me back ... which they never did! Terrible customer service all around, and I'll never go back there again!... read more

This place is great! Everyone is always friendly and they do a good job for the price.
