Five Stars for Outstanding Service and Value! I can’t say enough good things about this car wash. The service at this location is truly top-notch, and the management team is always helpful, respectful, and supportive. Eloy, the store manager, is the best! Horrible liars, no idea how they still have above a 2 star rating, they must be gaming it somehow. I asked for a basic wash and they gave me "the works" for 34 dollars which left my car looking worse at the end.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Long story short, I've gone to thos cobblestone twice, however I typically hand wash or splurge for a detail. I am hitting the road today and ran out of time for my usual routine. I opted for a quick wash and vacuum and my 100k rivian SUV is scratched terribly. I understand that car washes are a risk, but this is aggregious. Again, any vehicle but especially a luxury vehicle, think twice. I posted a picture in the photo section.
Won’t be fooled again. Wanted a good exterior clean and an interior detail to get more than the basic wipe down with something to make it shiny. Paid my $200 and sat down to wait the 2 to 2.5 hours I was told to expect. It was “done” in 80 minutes. I did a quick walk-around and asked about the dried mud near the wheel wells, the guy that handed me my keys said that was “their” job and pointed to the exterior wash guys, like “not my problem, go tell them” and walked away.
