Half the mechanisms in the car wash tunnel weren't working. The top of my car never got washed, and the lights at the end told me to start driving before I was even halfway through the dryer. Horrible!
Horrible car wash for $16. Zero stars. See pics. Tires and rims look just as dirty after the wash as they were before the wash. For $16 you do not get an application of any tire treatment to make your tires look black and shiny. Dirt splatters are still visible on the trim panel below the driver side area after the wash.... Also, I noticed sun dried soap splatters on the roof rack that was not rinsed off properly. Complete trash of an Auto Spa/Carwash. Never going there again!!
I visited this Cobblestone location on 6/7/25 because my car had gotten sprinkled on the week prior and just needed a quick wash. When I pulled up, the attendant didn’t ask what kind of wash I wanted—instead, he immediately tried to sell me a membership. I explained that I already have one on my other (older) vehicle, but for this newer car, I avoid these types of washes to prevent micro scratches. I usually opt for hand or touchless washes. Five Stars for Outstanding Service and Value! I can’t say enough good things about this car wash. The service at this location is truly top-notch, and the management team is always helpful, respectful, and supportive. Eloy, the store manager, is the best! I’ve been a loyal member for a couple of years now, and I’ve never regretted it. The quality of the washes is consistently great for a very reasonable price. Horrible liars, no idea how they still have above a 2 star rating, they must be gaming it somehow. I asked for a basic wash and they gave me "the works" for 34 dollars which left my car looking worse at the end.
