Paid $225 plus tipped the guys $50 to get my car detailed. I am absolutely appalled by the quality of service. I’ll be getting my money back. Either from Cobblestone. Or from my bank.
What an absolutely horrible experience. Paid $30 for a car rinse and “dusting’ of the doors and dash. Kevin was as helpful as he could be but Mike - I am guessing the manager in the car wash and the person working the line in the car wash was awful. Never should anyone EVER go here for a car rinse and dust! �
Very nice, fast, courteous. Car was super dirty from the rain and mud, but I got it back clean. Place is obviously a lot better run than the one up the road. Everyone seemed happy working, and not playing grab-ass for 45 minutes right in front of you while you wait patiently.
Lazy and give you attitude when you ask them to complete something that you have paid for.
