I have been coming to your C10 Tempe location @ 7700 S. Autoplex Loop for over 20 years and today was the worse carwash ever. Items that have previously been done but not today were Windows were streaky/smudgy, doorframes were not wiped dry, many tar spots on lower part of car, only 1 tire had its spokes wiped. I called the attendant back and all he did was re-wipe 1/2 of the inside front windshield, saying he was using a clean rag (all it did was increase the smudge/streak). Frankly, my least favorite location for a drive-thru car wash. Prefer the location off Kyrene, closer to Elliot. Worth the 5 extra minutes driving down there.

By actually washing cars clean doing the upsell items they charge you for. Worst car wash in town.
They got me again. I once had a monthly pass. Everytime I went I was disappointed so I decided just to cancel and I'd do it myself. I didn't have time today as I was busy. The staff was way nice and offered me my first month at regular price. That's cool, but when I got home just to find out my truck is still dirty is very disappointing. I'm sure they will say oh, just come back. Yeah, I live 15 miles away, and I have a pass so I can just go again anyway. Just terrible

I used to be a CSR at the location at 616 W Baseline Rd in Tempe and I quit do to lack of getting breaks and the overall job duties required. They don't tell you upfront that in order to be a CSR that it is a requirement that you need to sell items or your job may depend on it. They have Secret Shoppers on a weekly basis and if you aren't offering what they call the Unlimited Pass or Wash Books then you can lose your job over it.
