Dysart and Indian School. Salesperson asked 6 times if I wanted to buy additional services even though I told him to stop asking. He said it was his job, manager (with beard) came over and when I claimed he was over the top he said that's what we pay him for. Then he said "wanna buy it, wanna buy it, wanna buy it" like a 12 year old. Absolutely horrible customer service, I feel sorry for the people he trains to sell. Done with this location. Spent $220 on a detail and was ripped off. These guys have no idea what they are doing. Windows, not clean, console and dash still dirty. They shampooed the mats and carpet. The seats are leather, so they just wiped them down. There was SO much armor all like stuff all over the car, I had to have them wipe it up. What a shoddy operation. The high-pressure sales were horrible. They try SO hard to upsell to these ridiculous numbers. Money grab, and they do not care if you EVER come back. Which I won't...

Went here to get my truck washed and at the end of the wash the blowers cracked and blew apart my front grill surround. on the fords this is plastic, but still decorative. I filled a clim immediately and we reviewed video on the spot and we could see the surround was intact when i entered the car wash, and you can see it blow apart at the dryers. Kameron Crisp a service advisor at the 51 and Bell location is truly incredible. It doesn’t matter if I’m the first customer in the morning or his last before the end of his shift, he always has a smile on his face and high energy. He understands the customer experience is most important. I wish more people were like him. JB
