Disappointed by this Animal Hospital. Our dog has a continual life long problem that requires renewing prescriptions. When we call to renew we are told must be seen by the vet. If the problem has not changed, then why must we pay to see the vet to get the same items? The expense of the prescriptions and pills is enough. Additional expense is not required on pet owners for the vet to enter the room and increase the bill a large amount. Just a policy that needs to be reviewed for animals suffering years with the same problem.
My fur babies have been cared for by the family at this vet clinic since they first opened. The care that they have received over the last 14 years has been, in my opinion in the best interest in my fur babies. I had three dogs, two of which had a lot of health issues, Mel always got to the bottom of the problem. Sasha and Heidi were always there to lend a hand….and especially through the “hard times”. I have been using this vet office for years, and still continue to do so, even though I no longer live in town. They are the best! The staff are all very friendly & helpful, and you can tell they really care about pets. Melanie is a fantastic vet; she really takes the time to explain things in detail and answer any questions I have. She is honest & straight forward, which I really appreciate, especially when it comes to my senior dogs. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do!
