I only thought the term "Slum Landlord" applied to places in the world such as Rio de Janiero and Calcutta, I can now add Nambour to that list of names. Nathan and Tracey are both extremely deceitful in their dealings as Property Managers. They managed two properties over a period of about 6 months. Within that time they not only lied to us, but also the tenants. It was made very clear to Nathan and Tracey that the tenants were responsible for paying water usage and maintaining the gardens, however, both tenants later revealed to us that Nathan had told them the complete opposite, which ended up costing us a lot of money and grief. I have had 2 properties over 2 years. Never have I experienced such disregard for our safety as people, or protection for the home we currently reside in, with the current bushfires and with our own very recently, they refuse to clear the dead tinder dry debris from our property following the hail storm in November. Have attempted to attend to the owners needs to attempt to evict us at Christmas time. ( QCAT case against me dismissed) so they didn’t have to carry out their responsibility to us.
