That lady at the front desk is so rude. I've been coming here for years, had to take my car in, and she's always in a bad mood, giving you a horrible attitude, like she wouldn't get paid or pay her bills with the customers' money. Second, they replaced something in my car that wasn't necessary and said that it wasn't working when it was, and she charged me $300. Mind you, she's also the one who gives you the prices.
