I have been working with the staff at the Cobb County Toyota Parts department for many years and they are by far the most helpful and professional group of people in the industry. They are the reason I buy Toyotas. The collective knowledge of the staff is second to none, their professionalism and friendliness is unquestionable, and they frequently offer help beyond my expectations. I happily send all my friends and family to see them and will continue to do so.
The Store is clean, the waiting area is nice, internet WIFI is strong, however the front counter staff for part, in particular manager or employee CHARLES, is very rude and condensing when he is questioned about an issue he is aggressive, most customer know that when there is a warranty matter there is every effort not to honor it, this dealership not only is more aggressive but very unprofessional way of treatment. Charles needs training.
Order was fulfilled fast, and picking it up was easy.
Best parts department in the SE. Fast, courteous and always professionally packed. Have spent thousands here and will continue doing so. Customer for life!
