Price for oil filter on their website: $4.72; price when I go to pick it up: $6.99. The ol' bait n' switch. I'll shop at Jim Ellis next time!
The worst experience . In the service department, it seems they have stopped providing service for the 2013 models.
Their parts are very expensive and they won't match prices with other Toyota dealers
