Came to browse a couple of bikes as I had recently started my search for my next bike. Pretty poor salesmanship, not entirely sure what is to gain from telling a customer they're not genuine. Would have happily made a purchase that day if the circumstances were right. I'll buy elsewhere.
Although I have not purchased a bike from this dealership, due to my own constraints and the fact I am too tall for the bike I wanted, I have to say that Stefan has been a pleasure to deal with. Personable, open to discussions, and brutally honest. More dealers could do with Stefans in them - no matter how much he may be cursing me behind closed doors! Thanks for your help Stefan; when insurance companies do not want to bend me over backwards and tell me to think of England, I shall be back.
Ben was a top bloke to deal with when l bought my 900 Scrambler last month, as was Stefan when my wife bought her Speedmaster last year. We were both happy with the fair deals, service and after care. Thank you fellas. Nick and Anne Untisz
