Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Fantastic job on a custom wall, gate & tool box for my F-450 chassis. Had a couple issues and adjustments as we used it and they fixed it right away, no extra charge.
Not willing to sell equipment to towing companys not very personal they had the worst excuse
I get business's need to mark up parts but you guys charged me almost 100% on a part. I asked politely if there was any way you could lower the price any and I was treated like how dare you ask for a discount. On top the outrageous price they tacked on $90 for tax and shipping and would not order the part unless they took my credit card and write the information in the notes section of the invoice ( not a very insecure place to put a credit card information if you ask me).
