DO NOT RENT FROM COBALT!!! From day one we have had issues with the apartment. The washing machine flooded the entire kitchen within 4 hours of moving in and they tried to say it was our fault. Also the freezer was not working when we moved in.
So far the experience at Cobalt real estate management has been great. As soon as you put in the work order on the meld app, whether on the same day or the latest the following day the work order is completed. The maintenance crew is doing an awesome job
We rented a temporary unit from cobalt from June 4-July 23 (7weeks) After we left we paid $195 to have the unit cleaned and $234 for carpet cleaning, expecting to get a full refund of our deposit. They charged us for resetting the garbage disposal which was working perfectly when we left. They also charged us to replace 2 door stoppers, which if they couldn’t take 7 weeks of normal use they were either really cheap or really old.
