After 2 years of having to pay for prescriptions that were covered by my health benefits the new owner and pharmacist Ronny figured out the problem, fixed it and this time when I picked up my prescription I didn't have to pay anything! Welcome to Cobalt Ronny. I'm looking forward to having you in my community for years to come.
Time to transfer, We wanted to support locally when this first opened, and it has been great until now. Saturday, total chaos, sent me an empty bag without a prescription in it, just instructions, no insulin. What?????????????. Adam and Mario would never see a customer go out the door without Insulin.The staff did not have a clue what was going on.So sad
Mixed reviews. The price on name brand medication is insane and this pharmacy seems to be very expensive for my medication in comparison to other pharmacies I've used in the past. I also don't like that I have to call and continuously bug them for days after my prescription has already been sent. I don't know if it's a fax machine problem or? Also, repeats randomly vanish from my prescription too, then I have to call and bug my doctors office again. I like the pharmacist there, but everything else seems extremely disorganize... read more
The pharmacist knew my age and that I was 21, kept trying to change me for things that are paid for till I’m 25. The assistant looks like he’s on drugs and I always had pills missing. so that’s another reason to switch to Findlay’s. I’d switch back if it was new owners I wanna support cobalts small business.
