The tech seemed knowledgeable, but I was hit with a much higher bill than what was discussed on the phone. I asked for a detailed breakdown, and all I got was a vague explanation and attitude. No written estimate, no clear pricing, just a surprise charge at the end. The work was fine, but the shady communication and billing practices left a bad taste. Wouldn’t use them again.
I hired Cobalt Overhead Doors to replace a broken spring and do a full garage door tune-up. They showed up late, replaced the spring, and said they'd return the next day to finish adjusting the track. That was three weeks ago. I’ve called, texted, and emailed . no response. Now my garage door squeaks and shakes worse than before. Completely unprofessional. I paid for a full service and only got half of it.
He was quick and fast. Door is much quiter and using a mobile app is a great idea to lower the door and to open it.
Polite, honest, on time and so worth peace of mind. Thank you
