My mistake
I’m a little irritated, I ordered a knife at 4:00 am from their website so hopefully they could ship it out later in the day. I paid for next day shipping but nope! Only an email saying “thank you for your order” I wish I could have gotten a response to my email inquiring if it will ship that day or not then I would have just asked for a refund. Wasted money on next day shipping.
Sent in a part for some work. There was a small issue but ended up being resolved quickly and without hassle. Tristan in the shop kept me informed on where they were at as far as ETA. Awesome shop to deal with.

It's nice, but they promised a monopod to go with it. For $4,500 they should have made good on what was on their website. After a year of calling, they finally just told me to give up because I'm not going to get it. I'm not happy.
