I have always had a wonderful experience doing business at the Bellevue Cobalt credit union. Very professional employees.
Tried to verify my cobalt card on Apple Pay three time. Each time they have outsourced this somewhere where the accents are so thick I could not understand them. Was on the last call for 15 minutes and didn’t have a single agent I could understand.
Love Cobalt Credit Union. Associates are always pleasant and helpful. I've used the drive through and I've gone inside the facility for service. I'm always pleased with my interactions and service.
Associate claimed that they were not allowed to look on an account by the account number (I was making a deposit). I waited quite a while longer to find someone else that was willing to help me. When I called headquarters, they seemed unaware of such a rule. I've had many other associates in person, on the phone, and by the ATMs that on countless occasions had no trouble looking up the account number. It appears, she simply did not want to assist me.
