My husband has the crab Mac and cheese. Something off about it. The smell was overwhelming like a bad fish market, and there was chunks of crab shell. My pork with mushroom wine sauce was okay. In fact I told our server I would love the recipe for the sauce. It's FABULOUS. Problem was the pork was extremely dry, but you added the sauce and the taste was very good. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Especially if you are winding down a drive down Chuckanut. Buttermilk biscuits are the move. Definitely high octane, but they bring them out with different jams and honey butter and they taste amazing. Pork schnitzel was delicious and so was the tomato soup. My date had the salmon, which was good, but a little dry. Service was awesome, they made us feel welcome while being fully attentive to whatever we needed.
Came here super hungry after mountain biking and saw photos of giant Mac and cheese and meat plate so made a detour to come here. Upon ordering said Mac and steak, the Mac and cheese was like 1/6 the size and the steak (42$) was a skewer that was half fat. Also kitchen was running slow and they offered bread in apology but charged us for it crumble was yummy but would have loved to see a bigger scoop of ice cream. Overall kind of sad. Photos from old reviewing were a bit deceiving :(
We absolutely loved this restaurant! Everything was delicious from drinks to meals to dessert, and the staff were very kind. We will definitely be back.
