I’ve been taking my two dogs here for years now. I have a female Border Collie and a male American Bulldog. My Border Collie, Daisy, has a lot of anxiety and gets nervous around new people—it takes her a while to get warmed up to you. My American Bulldog, Gunther, can get anxious, too, sometimes. Daisy absolutely loves going to Coats and Tails—so much so that when I enter the parking lot, she starts barking out of excitement. The last few times I have brought my dog in for her bath, nail trim and dremel, they have barely trimmed her nails and they never did the dremel even though I paid for it and verified at drop off that they would dremel. Her nails were so long that I picked her up, that I called to request another groomer next time. they said they’re afraid to cut her nails in case she bleeds. My dog has white nails, and you can see the vein…. Then I took her to the vet afterwards, and the tech was able to trim a whole bunch more of the nail ... read more

They been cutting my dog for 10 years. I will never take my dogs anywhere else.
