I don't normally post reviews for professional services. I am a lawyer and was referred to this firm by another lawyer for a personal family matter. The Coats firm was completely non responsive. I feel like they gave me enough attention to take and cash my retainer check, which was sizable. When I hired another lawyer to handle this matter and he requested work product from the Coats firm, the only response he got were copies of my emails to them. No work product. Needless to say they didn't return my retainer.
I cannot recommend Ryan Schmidt highly enough. Having dealt with many attorneys in the past, I can confidently say he stands apart from the rest.
