Just picked up my Daddy’s birthstone ring that the stone had fallen out of years ago, and my Momma’s Emerald & Diamond ring that had lost an Emerald years ago, and the repairs are PHENOMENAL!! Wendy and Grace were so compassionate and took such great care of these rings that are irreplaceable and that my friends is what true customer service means!! Ms Wendy took on a project to get me to where I wanted to build a new family heirloom out of some of my gold and diamonds. She honestly worked tirelessly on this project and did not stop until it was perfect. She delivered to me the most beautiful piece. She went beyond my expectations and is very affordable.
