I spent over a decade with Dr. Coatney as my dentist. He was fantastic and took care of me and my entire family. Unfortunately, when he retired this outfit purchased the office. One visit was all I needed to know they dont care about patient outcomes. They were not transparent about billing up front, nor were they transparent about who was in network before they saw patients, making sure that they would bill patients for the full amount instead of informing them that their insurance was out of network. Dr Coatney has been my dentist for 30 years and he deserves more than 5 stars. His staff does as well. Really good people, knowledgeable, and fair with their pricing. They are also really good at working with kids though not a pediatric dentist. Great place for the whole family!
My family has been going to Dr. Coatney and Team for over 20 years. You can always tell a great dentist when they have almost no turnover of staff - many of which have also been there 10 to 20 years. We have used them for general dental cleanings, cavity fillings, cosmetic repair to chipped tooth, dental crowns that match our teeth, basic root canals, etc. They even offer dental sedation if needed. Great people, affordable and always try to work you in if there is a dental emergency. Highly recommend!
Extremely thankful to the folks at Dr. Coatney's office. Helpful and they don't mind that I tend to ask extra questions.
Family has been going there for 15 years. Great dentist and office staff. Very nice and professional. Work is always the highest quality.
