Overpriced, poor communication, poor billing, mismanaged scheduling, confusion in all areas, including in the work. See the many reviews on Yelp for details, lots of one star only, written by intelligent people, no rants. The co-owner of Coates is a petty, rude person. The sales rep is burbed out, tone deaf, and recently told me he's colorblind!
