Worst dealer I've ever dealt with. Have been trying to get someone to call or email back for 6 months. Now my camper will be out of warranty in 2 days and nothing got fixed. No customer service . Promised me they would help get it fixed and not 1 person has called me back. Will never deal with this joke of a company. Find a small dealer and pay a bit more but will have customer service. Thank for nothing
Very poor customer service and very unorganized! Had an appt. with Jason but apparently had the day off and no one else from sales talked to us. Chris,their finance person became very rude and condescending after we decided not to purchase the extended warranty!

the staff was very helpful and very nice to us . we would have liked some help from staff when we hooked up for the first time but the staff was very busy helping customers. we give Coates a 5 star review . we no that with the covid- 19 the staff at coates were over worked and really trying to help everyone. good job everyone and thanks again. the Zimmerman Family.

Worst experience ever! No have no business selling yetti shacks. I can give you 20 reasons no to buy from them. Matt is the worst manger and customer service is horrible. Like I said call me I will give you 20 reasons and service department is a joke.
We had Cody Carlson for our sales rep. great guy super nice guy also had Ryan in the shop give our orientation very detailed and wanted to make sure we knew how everything worked. Very impressed with this place will recommend and already have recommended to friends!!! Thank you Cody and Ryan
Staff was great, helpful and courteous. Attended a couple pre-covid seminars there on owning an RV, very helpful. Solid and informative walk-thru on how to use our unit when we picked it up. Our first RV, so far, so good!
