The dispatcher and technician that came out were very pleasant. However, the $50 service fee was a bitter pill considering the tech was in my house for less than ten minutes, and didn’t even touch the well pump to look at the problem. They claimed that Coates doesn’t service any well pumps less than 5”(?) so there’s nothing they can do for us. Even though their service stickers are on every piece of equipment. Coates plumbing is top notch, we needed to have our valve on the water main replaced and scheduled Coates to come out this morning. The water needed to be shut off by the city which Coates coordinated and it couldn't have gone smoother! Great company, professional and proficient.
Installed new water softener. I live alone and this will run according to the water I use. My thanks to Andy and Josh. These guys know what they're doing!
