Well, Coates Hearing Clinic of Goldsboro fortunately I have nothing negative to say about it. Every time that I have had an appointment there the service is way beyond what I expected and the staff is friendlier than any office in Goldsboro even the offices at Seymour Johnson. The receptionist is very welcoming when you enter the office which is a big plus in my book. Very experienced on the procedure. Lots of information. Dr. Was vey nice answered Al our questions. Gave us different options. Very nice person. Very concerned about the whole situation. I highly recommend this practice.
Not sure what I can say, Dr. Land has been my doctor for 2 years, she's pressed me without pressure to get hearing aids. Today, I pulled the trigger. What an amazing difference and its only day one. Thank you to all the staff, but especially Dr. Land, her bedside manor, her attitude, and everything she does is all about the person sitting in front of her. Kudos to a great organization and a great team
Everytime I've gone in for my hearing appointments, it has always been a pleasant experience. From Claire at the reception desk who smiles and greets you and knows your name, to Dr. Land who treats you with utmost professionalism and sincere interest in helping you with your medical treatment. Everyone else that's helped me with my treatment shown the same sincere enthusiasm and determination to provide a positive outcome to the treatment. Five star treatment all the way.
I highly recommend the Coates Hearing Clinic. Dr. land explained each step of my evaluation and her subsequent recommendations. I live out of town, and the Coates team accommodated me by evaluating me on one day and fitting my new hearing aids the next day. I had tried other clinics and did not receive this personalized service. Because Dr. Land took time to explain the process of adjusting to hearing aids, I am confident that I will have a successful outcome.
