The hearing test went well, Unfortunately I didn't feel listened to and also when someone bad mouth's their competition it makes me less likely to trust them. Their response shows that they didn't listen to me since they didn't put in the name I requested to be called. I wasn't going to leave a review, but I was sent requests from them to review them. They didn't like my review so are claiming that I was not seen by them. No I am not removing my review since you requested it.

Live handling of new hearing aid to try out for a week or so. Proper care and maintenance were discussed. Questions an concerns answered. Very caring session!
