Do not use Justin Tsai. I used him and would have been better off representing myself. He forgot my child's name, gender and living location multiple times, forgot to add evidence I sent to him, lied to me multiple times and even requested discovery after the evidence submission date. Due to his negligence my child whom I was the primary caregiver for now lives in Canada and I only get to see him 8 weeks a year. I hired Justin Tsai for what I believed was a very straightforward matter. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple basic errors throughout the process. When I received the proposed decree, there were several significant mistakes, including the plaintiff and defendant being incorrectly identified and my ex-wife’s address listing Arizona instead of Arkansas. Don’t do it. RUN! I felt like I was getting ripped off and the process just kept dragging. They will squeeze EVERYTHING they can get from you. They made my divorce process painful. I kept having to ask help to cover the costs. I kept getting hit with bills.
